Bill O'Connell RIP

Retired Boston TV sports anchor/reporter Bill O'Connell passed away in Florida on Feb.25th at the age of 81. He was a sports anchor/reporter for both Channel 5's, then he moved on to WNEV Channel 7 and then was sports anchor on WLVI Channel 56 when they brought back news in 1984. After departing from WLVI he went into radio, working at WFCC Chatham and then WPLM.
