Bill O'Reilly on WABC

When I watch Tucker Carlson's TV show I often think how grateful I am that O'Reilly "retired" from that slot. Carlson's is the best talk show on televsion, IMO. He does his homework and presents different topics and different guests from the shows preceding and following him.

I hear O'Reilly being interviewed by Mark Simone and I think it's his presentation more than his energy that's "old." Simone's show has greatly improved since he stopped doing interviews with aging comics and TV personalities like Dick Cavett, but O'Reilly fits into that category. WABC should be looking for new and different voices, IMO.

Please keep TV commentary to the television board. This is not a radio subject.

I disagree. O'Reilly is both a radio and a TV personality. My post gives examples of both to explain why I think O'Reilly is a poor choice for a new show on radio station WABC.
