After consulting Russ Oasis in Miami on WXDJ and WRMA, Bill moved to LA to engineer changes at KLVE and KTNQ. He was also part of putting KSCA on in 1997 as a regional Mexican station. In 2001, he went to work for SBS as VP of Programming, leaving there two years ago. He currently consults a variety of stations including Power, a number of Cox stations, and several other Beasley facilities.

As long as radio is in the hands of corporations and beancounters, don't expect great radio to return. We have deregulation to thank for this mess.
