Billing/Account question

Does anyone have an idea when Sirius/XM will start allowing you to add an OEM Sirius radio to your family XM account? It's been nearly a year since the merger now and I would think they have had enough time to integrate this into their accounting system if they are going to do so.

I have asked the question at XMFan.com and can't get much of anything in an answer there outside of fanboi stuff and flames.
