Bills Bump?

CNYRadio.com is reporting that Brent Axe will be hosting a three-hour pre-game show, the halftime show, and he will serve as locker room reporter for the post-game show on the Buffalo Bills Radio Network.

WNSS is a Citadel station in Syracuse. So, who's getting bumped here? Paul Peck - who works for Channel 4, or Rich "Bull" Gaenzler - who's now the primary voice on the morning show at WEDG? Or both?

Is this a Bills call, or a Citadel call? Obviously, Citadel has major input on the move. Why would Citadel go so far out of the market looking for talent? Is this an attempt to pump up Bills ratings in Syracuse - which vacillates between the Bills and the NYC NFL teams?

According to a story in the Buffalo News a few weeks back, Paul Peck will not be part of the Bills Radio Network broadcasts because of his commitments to Channel 4.
