Billy Bush OFF Q100?

I just noticed the Billy Bush show is no longer on Q100 at night. I checked a few other Cumulus stations that carried the show and Billy Bush has been axed there, too. Does that mean we'll have a "live" night show again on Q100?

Speaking of Q100, did this REALLY happen on Friday? Or is TuneIn becoming just as 'messed up' as yes dot com now? (messed up is the delicate way of phrasing of it..)

Is it just me, or does yes dot com not work properly anymore? Everyone is always talking about yes, but I had to switch to tune in because yes dot com just doesn't work or load page properly for me anymore.

It's about time. ATL needs a local nighttime dj with a lot of experience in terms of nightlife and other social ways of interacting with listeners, not a guy from Hollywood. Kudos to Cumulus for FINALLY seeing this!

I believe I heard the countdown show last weekend and the Billy Bush Show the week before last. It was replaced this morning with Bert's Hometown Countdown. I thought Jan Jeffries was the brains behind Cumulus and the Billy Bush Show. Why would Cumulus part ways with their own boss?

Does this mean that maybe we'll get Rick Dees and the Weekly Top 40 back on Sundays? He's voicetracked on Journey 97.9 every afternoon from 3-7 which is also another Cumulus station.

Billy Bush show is syndicated through Westwood One networks. Cumulus just aired the show on its CHR and Hot AC stations as nighttime fill ins VS. hiring local jocks. Cumulus KCHZ back home in Kansas City always had an entertaining night jock. Once those budget cuts hit it became a jukebox.

The Billy Bush "Show" was downright execrable. Whoever signed off on rolling that out across the Cumulus network should be ashamed of themselves, and whoever had the good sense to pull the plug deserves a bonus. It got VERY slightly better over the last few months (or maybe I just wasn't bothered because I was conditioned to avoid what few talk breaks he had), but overall, it was some of the worst radio I've ever had the misfortune to hear. Especially egregious on a supposed marquee CHR in a top 10 market.

I'm guessing that VT'ed Adam Bomb is here to stay on Q100. Cumulus clearly likes the guy, and judging by his Facebook/Twitter, he clearly likes Atlanta and being on Q100. He's a talented jock. Although his live night shows prior to leaving for DFW were much better than his VT'ed content, even piped in he's a marked improvement over the prior, ahem, "programming."

About tune in, I believe it's fed off of yes.com. They really need to get a better source, I don't like the gaps, especially when you are trying to find a song. This may explain why I never liked the Billy Bush Show. I didn't think it was all that bad, but the music on the Hot AC version was quite slow, and I thought that the stations that carried his show sounded just the same. Meanwhile while we're on the topic of syndicated shows, I try to make a point to listen to Retro Pop Reunion on WQSM in Fayetteville NC, but it didn't come on this Sunday. Did they drop this and all syndicated shows? I do know that KBBY still has John Tesh at night.

I am so glad billy bush is gone, bringing Adam bomb back is so much better. But is Adam really voice tracked? When I've listened to him over the past week there have been times when he has been on the phone with listeners and has even talked about being at a Halk's game where he heard outasight's song tonight is the night. Is he really voice tracked from Dallas?
