Birmingham radio ratings

Arbitrends out today...The divide between WZZK and WDXB widens, with "The Bull" getting left behind in the dust. Non-music formats continue to do well, with both 'Jox and WERC-FM up. The numbers for WERC-AM, though, have completely "disappeared". The AM and FM's ratings might have been combined at one total now.

What can you say about WYDE? Somebody please put that station out of its misery...still floundering below a 1 share, coming in behind Alabaster's regional mexican WQCR-AM. Oneonta's WCRL-AM wasn't too far behind WYDE, either.

Here's the link to the Birmingham ratings page:

If WYDE was a horse it would've been shot a long time ago. I see my favorite BHAM station, the Eagle, is slipping.

I guess as long as they please. WDXB has been known as the "New 102-5 The Bull" since February 2003, almost seven years. Nothing new about either of them.

Merry Christmas,
Travis
