Biz Radio gone again?

Watch the Houston Chronicle tomorrow; BizRadio is supposed to be off the air on their own 1110 KTEK tomorrow!

This is either very very sad...or hilarious...I can't decide. ???
 
Biz radio has lost any, and I repeat any credibility they might have had over a year ago w/all of the moving , going off the air, then moving again to another channel. They just make things worse for themseves and do a very good job of running off adversizers, and listeners.

What it boils down to is people running the "station" (if that is what you want to call it, and I'm not talking board ops here!) have no business running a station.

The sooner Biz Radio is gone the better.

The web site now says they will be back on air "soon" rather than March 1st. Also says expect an announcement soon on the future of Biz Radio.

...all the while Biz Radio is saying they WILL return at noon on Monday to KTEK. Someone's either going to back down, or go to jail. Either way, my money says Asia Vision will still be on KTEK at 12:01pm Monday. What Mr. Siddiqui stated is dead on. I can only imagine how frustrated their listeners must be moving from 1180 to 1110, back to 1180 for 1 day, and back to 1110 for a half of another. As of yesterday, they are on both.

Well,

I'm not a fan of Bollywood but one thing is certian: You go Rehan!

Its almost like the the Pirate radio stations Melissa chases after!

Soon somewhere there will be a truck with equipment roaming the streets and with Biz Radio on the side. If you can't find the freq after 5 tries then just drop it! Maybe Fishy can make money off the QSL cards by inflating the postage!

And my Biz Talk 1360 Dallas placards are worth money on Ebay again!

In reading the contract, it looks to me like Dan has the right to bump the programming almost at will.

Did you see where the Jett guy was going to be on CNN dallas, made a sexual comment to a news reporter and was cut before his show even began.
 
Well...

here's a few things I don't understand:

How the !@#$! can you make money leasing time all over the place? Air America tried that and look what it got them! And its always odd freq's as well. Why not buy the time in only major markets of DMA #1-5?

And with Bloomberg, CNBC, FOX and others doing the same thing, why would I listen to Biz Radio. I get CNBC on my TV and my XM. I get alot more info than I would from Biz. How do they survive?

And now these "things" like the SEC and other items clouding their product.

I'm not the dimmest bulb in the drawer but anyone want to comment? ???
