BIZ Television Launching in Phoenix This Spring?

This article says so: http://www.rbr.com/tv-cable/biz-tvs-pete-dacosta-talks-shop-selects-28-30-to-rep-dr.html

BIZ Television is currently broadcasting in Atlanta, Denver, Salt Lake City and Wichita, and will be adding Dallas and Houston in two weeks. Expansion plans for Spring 2011 include Phoenix. Who's planning on adding it? The current four affiliates are either indies or affiliated with one or more minor networks. The Dallas and Houston affiliates are primary Azteca America affiliates, owned by Una Vez Mas. Una Vez Mas owns KPDF-CA 41 in Phoenix and still needs to fill out subchannels 41.2 and 41.4.

Other possibilities: AZ-TV adding 7.3; KPHE replacing My Family TV with BIZ on 44.4 or adding 44.5; KEJR replacing infomercials with BIZ on 40.2 or adding 40.3; K38IZ Digital adding 38.5 (they've had plans for a fifth subchannel for some time.) I'd be surprised to see it on a subchannel of a full-power station, although it's not out of the question.

I definitely suspect KPDF-CA to be the station, but I can't know that for sure.

One thing I do know is that Biz TV is not carried on 49-4 in Wichita to my knowledge; that's Tuff TV's home there. I am planning to send Biz TV an e-mail and ask about it.

Their website says WQEX 16.2 Pittsburgh.

WQEX 16-2 no longer exists, since WQEX is now being sold to ION.

It's starting to look more and more like KPDF-CD. KPDF has just added infomercials on 41.2, meaning that the Una Vez Mas-owned station is 3/4 of the way to becoming a clone of UVM flagship station KAZD Dallas, which offers Azteca America on .1, infomercials on .2, BIZ TV on .3 and LATV on .4. KPDF is Azteca America on .1, infomercials on .2 and LATV on .3.
