Bizarre things you have experienced with RFI and the like

Well, KVOO in Tulsa had detunes on every power pole around the property - which I lived about two miles from it when we were in T-town. John White (I believe) kept a guy busy walking the perimeter and touching them up. The spans pole to pole were almost exactly a quarter wave multiple at 1170.
 
It's irronic the simularites between the two 50kw AMs in Oklahoma. Both have Blaw-Knox half-wave square towers and those nasty power poles close in the area.
 
Yesterday I was out at my 5kW AM client, and the gate on the fence was barely touching the main part of the fence. I could listen to the programming on the chain and gate.
