Why because the guy had a guest on his show a few times? FOr the first time I actually enjoyed listening the his show as they talked about Perry Manley whom I have met on several instances. The guy was not a nut case he was a good man.

Did anyone see BJ on KIRO-7 News this evening? What annoyed me on BJ's show was Sgt. Hairclub giving someone a tour of the station. Not very good timing on his part. Kudos go out to BJ and his crew for an excellant show today. If I were Sgt. Hairclub's boss, I would've ripped him a new one.

I won't comment on Perry Manley's motives, state of mind, or his situation with his ex-wife because I don't know much about the man other than what I've read in the papers. What I will say is that on Monday I heard B.J. and crew playing machine gun, hand gun and other weaponry sound effects while chortling like a bunch of frat boys after they heard somebody carrying a grenade had been killed at the courthouse. Oh, yes, they got a big laugh out of that one.

On Tuesday they turned the man into the biggest martyr since Joan of Arc. If it had been a woman protesting for an equal rights issue, what would their reaction have been?

Well, as stupid as Perry Manley's exit from this world was, BJ Shea couldn't predict what was going to happen any more than the rest of us did.

I'm not sure if Manley was trying to go out as a martyr for the cause of father's rights, but the reality is by his actions that day, he just set it back another 20 years. Like men really needed that. Thanks a lot Perry.....a--hole!
