"Black Hole Sun" with violins

I kept my radio on NPR even after "Car Talk" and this was played between two NPR shows.

I'm guessing this would be more AAA than regular alternative.
 
"Says You" had similar musicians do this for "Crazy Train". They have a web site, so you can look it up. An announcer said the site lists songs played on the show.

I don't get the laughter from the audience. Maybe they were seeing something we weren't, but those of us hearing on the radio are at a disadvantage.
