Blade at 106.5 WSFL

Bob the blade is doing the afternoon drive down at 106.5 'sfl. I dont get it clear when i do get it in Durham so im mad i wont be able to hear him. We need to get a classic rocker so he could be where he belongs back in raleigh. By the way, Whats the deal with 102.5 did they get the approval for the CP to hillsborough? I heard that they were changing formats if they are they should become a classic rockstation so blade can be in raleigh again? Thoughts? I got a great name for it very simple Rock 102 Playing the best classic rock around. 100.7 the river doesnt even call their music classic rock that gay vo guy keeps saying classic songs. I say if you cant call the best years of rock classic rock then change the damn format.
 
Raleigh doesn't need more classic rock. Or country. Doesn't matter how bad the current rock stations are--there are people who don't want more classic rock or country in Raleigh.

On another note, someone on another board said that Blade must be under a non-compete. If this is true then.....

These were the truthful answers in no particular order:

No. Yes. Yes."

If what blade wrote on his blog is anything to go by, and If he is in fact on a non-compete, since we know he is working at a rock station in 2007 [this year,] then logically the blade doesn't think there are any good rock stations in Raleigh.

I can't argue.

But, I'm just making assumptions on what's already been written and/or said. I might have missed something. Perhaps Blade isn't on a non compete; who knows?

I never caught on to any of the Hipe over Bob the blade. But best of luck to him. He's been around and about, and he's got the passion.
