Block Sales in DC...?

Would anyone know which stations in the DC area would be the easiest/friendliest/price-sensitive (read economic/cheap) that to buy a 1 hour block possibly weekend mornings? AM stations with more power than a light-bulb preferred. FM would be nice but I suspect would be out of my friends price range.

I was asked this by a friend last night and admittedly I'm not sure. I know of a couple who rely on brokered programs but that's it.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I passed that on but was met by odd disdain, he wouldn't explain why. Also dcrtv.com reports they just axed the contact on the website so odd things there. I'll trawl and wonder if any other stations do similar.

Cheers

WMET is good, but Red Zebra could also cut you a good deal, specifically on 'RC. But that might not meet the signal qualifications. Easier if you record a show for RZ, and cheaper, too.
