SO NOT ONLY HAS KELLY AND ALPHA RECEIVED THE AX...... NOW, B98.5 MIDDAY HOST JORDAN GRAYE IS MUMMY DUST. TODAY, GRAYE IS GONE, AND REPLACED BY A "DEBBIE REESE."

BLOOD ON THE CARPET.
 
1. Deborah Reese and Rachel Logan are fill-ins for B98.5 and the River, although B98.5 has recently resorted to voicetracking (if either Jordan or Kelly McCoy are absent, the other will VT).

2. The bios for Jordan Graye, Kelly McCoy, and Larry Lane are still up. Kelly and Alpha's are gone. The bios would be pulled quickly if she was gone.

3. This is the week of July 4th. Everyone takes a vacation the whole week that can.

4. Kelly McCoy appears to be absent as well. I wonder if he did the morning show this morning until Steve and Vikki arrive in a few hours.

In my opinion, judging from what I heard this a.m., Jordan Graye did the Morning Show and Kelly McCoy started a littler earlier to cover Jordan's shift. They both are still there, just adjusting the schedule a little until tomorrow.

Chrysler announces web enabled cars for 2010 - essentially the end of AM/FM in car dominance - and the "new" post is an assumed blood bath at B98 and whether or not Jordan Grey has a gig. Jeez people, can we pleeeease raise the friggin' bar. The content on this board is becoming as trite as most morning shows that so many complain about.

I tell you, Jordan Graye has been sent to the big 98 minute music hour in the sky!!!

First, they usually say "filling in for so-and-so" whenever it's a fill-in. However, Kelly McCoy did the entire midday show today without once mentioning that he's "filling in for Jordan Graye."

Plus the last book came in and it wasn't favorable for B98.5 middays.

Plus how could they let Jordan Graye go on "vacation" the same week a big new morning show comes in and a new book starts?

Plus, this Debra Reese keeps saying Kelly McCoy is on vacation, which he isn't, since he was on middays today.

Jordan Graye has gone the way of cart decks, George Carlin, Hillary Clinton's campaign, and the Braves' playoff chances.
 
This dude is smokin' something.

Mid-days not "favorable?" That's a laugh. Jordan is #2 in all of Atlanta and very close to beating V-103 in the demos that B targets.

Funny how when no one has anything to talk about - they make stuff up!

My god. There's no way Jordan is gone if Kate McCarthy is on the air at The River.

Those 2 always go on vacation together. I didn't want to reveal that because I didn't want to start a rumor.
 
And by the way Mr. Heep, I don't agree with you that Chrysler's introducing web-enabled vehicles will be the end of terrestrial radio's dominance. But that's a longer discussion for another time.
