Bo Diddley (Born Ellas Otha Bates, On Dec. 30,1928 Mccomb MS ) had died at age 79( 6-2-08). Bo died of heart Failure . Bo had suffered a heart attack in August 2007 ( 3 months after suffering a stroke )Bo Diddley was often cited as a key figure in transition from blues to rock and roll, introducing more insistant, driving rhythms and a hard-edged guitar sound. Rest in Peace Bo Diddley aka Ellas Otha Bates .
