Board Ops

I know this isn't as important as Z93's PD, and it has no effect on Q100, but as a listener, poorly trained talk show board ops are driving me nuts. Board ops, if you have a caller who has a bad line, or is on a noisy cell phone, TURN THEM DOWN SO WE HEAR THE HOST! Even though the hybrids are great, callers have vastly different levels, so you need to RIDE GAIN so the balance is right. I feel better now. I'll return to my knitting.
