Bob and Sheri new home in Bangor

None other than Kiss 94. And word is Delilah will be parking herself at a new address soon.

Fans of these two WEZQ bookends will have a place to go after all.

As happy as I was to hear about Dale & Clem coming to the Ticket, I was equally as disappointed to loose Bob and Sheri and Delilah. Now it will be an easy flip for me from 92.9 to 94.5. Also, for easy listening 93.7 The Wave now offers a great selection of relaxing music. I have found their signal to be as strong in Machias as it is in Bangor and everywhere in between. 2013 will be an interesting year.

As the only AC in the Bangor market beginning in January, Kiss should easily return to its position as one of the top ranked stations in Bangor. It's been awhile. One can only guess that the music will be more mainstream than it is now. AC is also very contemporary that it shouldn't impact their Classic Hits station very much.

In a year, we'll see which station is billing the most...Kiss or the Ticket. I'd put my money on Kiss.

WEZQ is running jockless AC this AM, B&S are probably a best of for the rest of the calender year anyway.

Kiss will have to go back to the "70's, 80s, 90's and Today" imaging if they're adding B&S and Delilah. They're more of a modern AC in recent years. B&S's music fits them but Delilah's doesn't. Then again Mix 107.9 out of Skowhegan runs Delilah and leans very classic hits.

You'd be surprised how more contemporary Delilah's music mix is these days..and edgier too.

And yet Delilah herself is the same. It's a train wreck with her next to Nickelback, Katy Perry, Rihanna...

Her female fans don't really care about that. They enjoy her stories and phone calls.
