Bob and Tom on 95.1 The Fox

I was playing radio roulette this morning and listened to a good 20 minutes of Bob and Tom on 95.1. No local drop-ins
just a strict feed from a station called Q95 (with all the Indiana mentions I assume there.)

Either the board operator was asleep, or "Make way for the Wease!"

It's so the CC way... blow out the morning guy and fill with satellite... this time it's two hoosiers... until the Rochester goofball is ready to take the stage. Imagine, Bob and Tom... the warm-up act for Wease... "Brah, I'm on the can, I'll be there in a minute."

That is from the flagship station in Indianapolis. Why are they bothering to fill with them if Wease is on the way?

It's Phil Time, filling time.

This could be a warm-up act to make people ready to welcome the real thing. And it could be a sign that Wease will be ready to take the stage as soon as the studio's ready and his supporting cast is assembled.

Although this morning, I caught a little of 95.1 in the 8 AM hour as I was cruising down the dial, and it sounded like they were back to a local voicetracked music show. So Bob & Tom could have been a one-time-only thing, or a goof, since all of the CC stations are interconnected and share voice tracking talent.
