Bob and Tom tv show

Yes. It was cancelled due to WGN America's revamping of their entire programming schedule. Personally I would rather watch Bob and Tom than "Curb Your Enthusiasm", but that's just me.

Last time I saw, Tribune had moved the WGN show to 2 AM from midnight. When they schedule you against
Montel Williams' juice machine, you know you are in trouble.

Seriously - painful to watch, unless you're a fanatic and just want to see behind the curtain because you're a ga-ga fan. Might have been more relevant 10 years ago, when there was more edge.
If you're gonna miss this, go to the dentist to experience the same torture.

The show's quality depended on the guests. Most times it was much more topical and funny than 5-10 year old sitcoms that were never funny to begin with. WTTV used that show prmotionally as their one bit of local content.

It was a good cure for insomnia. Bland, boring and self-serving. Perfect example of awful TV!

Agree with bigtime - the guests were what made it win or lose on most days. And musical guests were the best part. Not many places you could see Paul Thorn or Todd Snider or Here Come the Mummies perform live on tv. For that reason alone, it was a good run.
