CLEAR CHANNEL Oldies KQLL (KOOL 106.1)/TULSA PD KEVAN SEAL tells ALL ACCESS that longtime morning mainstay BOB COOPER has submitted his resignation in order to pursue other opportunities outside radio. COOPER's last day will be JUNE 30th, "BOB has been a voice of the mornings in this market for decades, he will be missed but I respect his decision to move on," commented SEAL. This leaves an opening for a killer morning personality on KOOL 106.1. Submit your material to [email protected].

Can you say THE HANDWRITING IS ON THE WALL?So what's the last song on Kool? How about Little River Band - Cool Change? heheh
And the calls will change to KAKC, and Mike McCarthy in the morning...

If Kevan is staying as PD the station will flip to CHR to go up against K-Hits. Kevan is really an 80's/Hot AC specialist, but I cannot see him programming country. CHR would even be a stretch.Brad B
