Bob Fitzgerald on KNBR Today

Wonder if anybody caught Bob Fitzgerald with Rod Brooks today--they sounded pretty good for the half hour I listened.

How are the ratings for Rick Barry and Brooks normally?

And can anyone refresh my memory as to what happened to Fitzgerald originally when he left or was released from KNBR?
 
As I recall, the rumor was that after being promised the morning show and then not getting it, he had a falling out with management. Hopefully now with Bob Agnew out of the picture, there will be a place for him at KNBR. Certainly would be an upgrade over Rick Barry.

Bringing back Fitz would convince me to listen to KNBR again.
