BOB-FM 107.1 in Redding and 92.7 in Chico

When I drove from San Francisco to Oregon last summer. I notice that both BOB-FM from Chico and Redding simulcast each other music except for the commercial breaks. Is BOB-FM stations feeding of a satellite network?
 
No, their just both owned by Results, they do have one local show that runs on both 107.1 and 92.7, the 9@9 with Chad Perry. Its an okay station and I stream it every now and then
