?Bob Fogal founded K-LOVE?

(1)Did I hear correctly, that Bob Fogal (Bob Anthony) start EMF as the parent company of K-LOVE and Air1—the world's largest contemporary Christian music radio networks?

Where can I confirm the assertion, if, indeed, that is true?

(2) Did Bob Hamilton, KRTH own a station in Johnston, PA?
 
Yes, he did as far as the idea itself. There were there others involved with the station, but the entire thing was Bob Anthony's idea. It began with what is now KLVR in Santa Rosa. Wanted to create a Christian version of KFRC (This was when CCM was still new) He wrote it all down on a piece of yellow paper. Had very little money at all in the beginning. The network itself happened when KCLB's transmitter burnt down and they were able to get to a location where having a translator in the San Francisco area was possible. Grew from there.

Air1 was a different entity. Basically KLRD in Yucaipa and KXRD, currently KLXD in Victorville. They had a few translators. They were absorbed into EMF in 1999. KCLB's original positioner "The Positive Alternative" was placed onto Air1 around that time.
