If he's gone anywhere he needs to be at WTFM to deal with that mess. Make it sound like an AC radio station instead of a Food City muzac loop. Same songs over and over. Scotty the computer must have only 20 songs in its hardrive.

OK, here's the scoop.
My position was eliminated at Citadel by corproate. Cost cutting going on company wide (current stock price-38 cents....'nuff said?)
After 37 years in the business....I am pursuing opportunities outside of radio, as I had the sense to get into computers and web sites.
Still looking, as the enonomy and job market has never been worse. For all you guys I have worked with over the years....it's been a pleasure (for the most part!)

Hey there Mr.Gordon...It was 32 years ago(in just 3 weeks) that you and I and Reggie sat in a leaky pumpkin atop of the old Big K all weekend long....the beginning of a long friendship...Hope all is ok with you and yours. Did I hear Greeneville Radio's own sports guru(so he thinks)Bobby Rader on the Morning Monster today? Yes, yes I think I did. As if radio hasn't fallen off the porch already. Bob Gordon gets the boot from budget cuts and then they bring in Bobby probably for way too much money. Nah, Bobby's cool. He's just going down the wrong hallway in his middle age.
