This is a radio board, and Bob Grant is a radio host. Secondly, Alec Baldwin has been in the news recently for being violent with photographers, and has been violent in the past too. It doesn't matter what Grant was talking about in the clip, because Grant went on to mention Baldwin's violent reputation. That's what the clip is about.
