Bob Pantano question

We all know the status of Hy Lit's contractual issues with WOGL, and I was just wondering, is Bob Pantano just a freelance guy for WOGL or actually an employee?
Or is he just busy with his dance partys and such that there really is no time for any other on air shifts? I do remember maybe 5 years ago he did a shift on Oldies 1210 now and again.

He was full time with a mid-day shift on either Q102 when it was oldies, or Oldies 98. But as I recall, he has a voice problem when he is on everyday. Could be an allergy, but his voice would really be bad by the end of the week. I believe 20 hours or more a week is just too much for him.
