anybody in Bing town ever hear of this guy? and did he ever program a station in Binghamton?
 
He was the PD at WINK 106 in Elmira about 10 years ago. Pretty sure that's the closest he ever got to Binghamton.

and MOST of them DO i think that is what we're talking about here. EXACTLY my point.
