Yes he is - and, for that matter, so is Kent & Alan, Fastlane & Burns, etc. etc.

But Seattleites LOVE their old friends. Don't go changin'- to try and please them - just keep on doin' the same old, same old and keep on makin $$$.

You said it yourself.
They're MAKING MONEY so that means to SOMEONE out there, they're NOT stale and tired. More someones, in fact, than those who agree with your assessment that they are, indeed, stale and tired.
