Bob & Zip on the radio again…

For those of us old enough to remember, Zip Zipfel who is filling in this week for Hank Stolz from 2 to 6 p.m. on WCRN, announced he will have Bob Rivers as a special guest this Friday afternoon. Of course they were the morning duo at WAAF for a number of years back when the station was still located in downtown Worcester.

He said they will reminisce about the old days and even play some of Bob's infamous parody songs. It should be a fun listen with some great memories.

That should be a fun day! The Bob and Zip show!

I wonder if they will have God do the traffic again....

I always enjoyed their show.. I can still remember some of the videos they did on V-66... "Just a big ego...." etc.

Should be fun!

Great!

Just in time for Ordell Cretin to announce his candidacy for President !

Maybe they can get Rich Kirkland on to do Traffic as well?.. That reminds me... I need to start a new post...

It's too bad WAAF doesn't get up to Southern Maine...I'd love to hear the Bob Rivers Interview...as well as the songs! ;)

The interview is not on WAAF but WCRN-AM (see first post.) You can listen online at http://wcrnradio.com/.

Is Zip working anywhere full-time these days?

THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE LINK...Viking! :)

Wish I could provide you with the info on Zip, but (sadly)...I can't! :(

For those that want to tune in or listen on the web, Zip announced that Bob will be joining him at 4 p.m.

As for your question, I don't think Zip is working anywhere full time these days but he keeps very busy doing voiceovers. Try this link - http://voice123.com/zipzipfel
