What do u think of those stations?

What u like about them and what u don't like about them.


Bobfm: I like bobfm cause they have a great playlist of songs.
What i hate about them is they play to much older stuff and need to play newer stuff.

Star1007: What i like them about is they give us info about anything and gives away stuff.
What i hate about star is lack of a playlist.

Wish997:Well i guess i like them for the contest for a million dollars.
What i hate about wish lack of a playlist.

929wltj: What i like about them they have a better playlist than wish997.
What i hate them most is they don't play hardrock songs.

Star1007: I can't listen to them, they are trying to mirror Bob which is sad for them, just bow your head star and kick yourself for not going Jack when you had the chance, and go back to your old playlist

Wish997: I only like WSSH for when I am constipated, they get things moving, when you WSSH upon a STAR 100.7 sorry I had to do that

929wltj: I love what they did with their HD channels I love classic rock on the HD-2 channel. I listen to that back and forth to work I have yet to hear the same song twice and I am tuned in 2 hours a day, they have a HD-3 channel its like WAMO with oldies, its ok but I'm a old rocker

From a Listeners Standpoint
I Like Bob FM for it's variety of music. I'm one of the few people that like the trainwreck format. You never know if you are going to hear Tone Loc-Wild Thing or Led Zepplin-Stairway TO Heaven. What I Don't like about Bob is that their playlist isn't as large as it should be for a variety hits station. I think Bob could increase their ratings by not repeating a song for an entire week. Just my opinion though as others may disagree.

I Like Star 100.7 for some of the DJ's, such as Kerri Griffith but that is it. I agree with Radiologo as Star is trying to be BOB. They repeat way too many songs. They need to change their format to something else, such as chr/pop.

I like WSHH because It is a great radio station on the job if you work in an office setting. There is not much I dislike about WSHH.

I Like WLTJ because they are adding new songs to their playlist and it seems like they are gearing toward A HOT AC Format. Just as I said for WSHH, there isn't much I dislike about WLTJ. They seen to be playing a lot more adult currents.

As for the ratings, It is hard to say. I think WSHH will win the battle. Star, Bob and LTJ have not done well in the recent ratings.

How long has WLTJ been multicsating? And are there plans to stream the multicast channels liek clear channels does for it's stations?<P ID="signature">______________

as of today no clear channel stations are multicasting, but I'm sure that will change
the only CC station to be HD is 3WS

We been testing our multicasting for over a month and went full time with it a few weeks ago, we been streaming our primary analog in HD since September 2005

And a little more info WLTJ is the only commercial radio station to be using 3 HD channels in the state of PA.

My question to Radioalogo is; what radio are you using to listen to the multicast in your car?

Correct CC is not doing HD2 here, but in other cities they are and they do stream those channels to attract attention to them for people without radios.<P ID="signature">______________

we're checking into the web-streaming for the HD-2 & HD-3, I'll keep you posted
 
I'm using Boston Acoustic's Recepter Radio HD

My son bought me a Boston Acoustic HD radio, And I bought a DC adapter at radioshack and play it my car with the audio headphone jack connected to the AUX in of the car stereo, why do you want to know? what are you using?

Well bobfm in recent ratings they just started in november 1st i want to see the winter ratings it will be much higher i'm sure of that. And bobfm was classic rock before it changed.
