Bob's Burgers

I thought it was hysterical, with that being said I'll probably get slammed for saying it's funny.

Though, a negative is I think it should be on at 9:30pm.....I think the humor fits then more then The Cleveland Show.

I thought it was good. It's a lot better than "American Dad," and "The Cleveland Show," though I hate the latter.

But what's with the mustaches? No one wears mustaches anymore and hasn't for decades :)

at first I thought it was the weirdest thing I had ever seen, but in the end I ended up liking it. I'll be watching next week.

It was funny, though somehow it seems better suited for Adult Swim. That said, hopefully Fox will stick with the show and give it time to grow.

I have a feeling reruns will probably end up on Adult Swim in some time.

Watching the program I cannot help but think of "Home Movies."

you know, I thought it reminded me of another show, Bob sounds just like the Coach from Home Movies, I wonder if Bob's Burgers is made by the same guy?

[edit]
Upon some research Bob's Burgers is indeed made by the same guy who
made Home Movies, among other Adult Swim Shows.

Sounds like another filler show or something. It will burn out quickly, I'm sure.
Unless the restaurant becomes a place of things happening, (outside of guy sells burgers) rather than just being the plot.

After the Arizona massacre, somehow I couldn't find the humor in hamburgers made from dead human bodies.

Incidentally, the last time Fox tried a new program on Sunday nights, they aired a show called "Sons Of Tucson."

I Wasn't Impressed ... Hoping It Gets Better.

Same here. One or two chuckles and that was about it. My wife asked if it was supposed to be funny when it ended. So, not so good. It has potential though. However, I must disagree with the poster who said that it's better than American Dad and Clevelend. Ummmmm, no. And the lousy quality of the animation doesn't help anything - though some great dialogue could overcome it.

I didn't even bother to watch. The previews looked so lame, I said oh no, here's another
Cleveland or American Dad. I'm waiting for the cartoon about Foghorn Leghorn and his
family in Toledo.........come on Fox......make it happen.

I agree that the previews did look lame and the character designs look ugly. The Simpsons can get away with their designs because that show has been grandfathered in with the network. Family Guy-verse character designs are okay most of the time. King of the Hill, when that was on Fox, tried to be as realistic as possible with their designs. I wish they gotten to aged Bobby Hill more, but that's another story.

Other than that week after Halloween where Fox aired the Halloween specials, I haven't really kept up with the established shows. Anime, original Japanese with English subtitles version, kind of replaced my following of those shows and the ones on adult swim.

I tried watching Bob's Burgers and giving it a chance. By the first commercial I turned over to Nature.

I Watched The 2nd Episode Last Night .... It Wasn't Any Better.

If anything, it was worse. Really bad. Not funny at all.

In fact, it had me wondering who it was that thought that this show was funny? Because, clearly someone at FOX watched this show and thought that it was so good and so funny that it should be placed between two of the network's biggest shows: The Simpsons and Family Guy. Perhaps a crack pipe was in use at the programming department at FOX that day because none of us watching Bob's Burgers laughed even once - but we did share "what the Hell was that?" looks at the end of it.

Come to think of it, this week's Family Guy wasn't so great either. On the other hand, Cleveland was pretty good.
