I have swept through Boise today and did a scan of the three network stations evening news. Fox does not do a local in this slot.
KTVB NBC has been the traditional leader and still has good talent but those Tegna purple graphics look awful and the set looks very early 2000’s.
KIVI ABC isn’t bad but just don’t seem to have much presence. Their set looks decent. Main solo anchor is longtime and very capable.
KBOI CBS is my winner. Best co anchor team, best graphics. Interesting that they have rebranded to CBS2
since my last view, probably to differentiate from KBOI radio.
