'BZ had LIVE local news, weather, and traffic overnight Friday. And they had weekday morning drive anchor Jeff Brown on till 10:00 am Saturday. And more live AccuWeather forecasts during the day Saturday. And they have live/local news, weather, and traffic as I write this on Sunday morning at 12:15.I heard a WBZ radio promo that Jeff Brown would be in tomorrow morning at 5 for storm coverage.
Sounds like the weekday anchors will be pulling Saturday duty so they can have more reporters out in the field.
Kudos to iHeart for keeping newsradio 1030 as the go to source for breaking news.
I just wish they would put more effort into their other news talk stations elsewhere in New England.
That's a bandaid unless they feed the emergency talk to their Premier Righty talk stations like WRKO, WXKS, WGIR, WHJJ, WTAG, and WPOPPremiere made it available on their "Emergency Talk" channel.

YES, excellent point! The most important station, in the case of this storm would’ve been iHeart’s 95.1 WXTK on Cape Cod. I’m not sure what they did during the storm, if anything.
