But in viewing the video, I see a man physically embarassed and assaulted who must find a way to de-fuse an ugly public assault while
remaining civilized and in control. He pauses long enough to figure out there is no sane reasonable resolution and simply removes the offender from his personal physical space as efficiently as possible. The offender has the respnsibility to protect his own face and teeth after the uncivilized jump-n-hump onstage. If this guy was looking to embarass someone, he miscalculated the result badly.
Bonaduce should not have been onstage in the first place and his arrogant response to a playful jerk and his lack of remorse when the guy got injured as Danny tossed him on the floor all highlight the fact that Bonaduce is an untalented a-hole whose prime appeal is to his fellow bullies, the kind of people who think that boorish uncivilized behavior can be excused because he might have been "embarassed." Too bad the DA didn't file charges, but Bonaduce's on camers words, actions and attitude probably won't impress the jury in a civil trial.
Bonaduce was actually doing this guy a favor by being on stage and bailing him out. Fairplay was floundering. Bonaduce was the only funny and interesting thing on the stage at the moment. DB was doing this guy a favor by providing some comic relief to a very embarrassing situation.
Fairplay should have just exited after Bonaduce made his exit. He still could have saved some comic face at that point. From a comedy standpoint, that would have been the natural ending. But no, this Survivor idiot has to try to play out of his league talent-wise and physically. He was trying to make the audience "like" him by trying to be funny and get the last word. But he should just accept his place in life as a despised wannabe and go from there.
I can just imagine Danny's thoughts as this idiot's crotch is in his face: "Who the hell does this jackass think he is?" (FLIP)
Fairplay asked for it. And he got it.
