Boom 107.9 is moving to 103.9 on Tuesday

Surprising. Both signals are essentially the smallest FM signals in Philly... I really don't get what this will accomplish for either. Boom is struggling to build after a hot start and dropoff... Praise is WELL established at 103.9... why the switch?
 
Their HD has been off 107.9 for a few weeks now. The HD has been off 103.9 for over a year, guess R1 don't do HD well.

Damn, I remember their "Philly 103.9" brand where it all began. Over a decade later they're right back where they started.
