Boomer: "Pat Summerall...died at age 22" WTF?

I can't believe that actually went out during the syndicated 9AM "Sports Minute" on CBS Sports Radio with Boomer Esiason saying that Pat Summerall was 22 when he died.

I know that Boomer is literally taping these things during commercial breaks on "Boomer and Carton," but you would think that his producer or board-op in New York, or the guys on the other end at CBS would have caught the mistake and either had him re-record it or simply use an old "Sports Minute" in its place.
