Boortz on GST

> What kind of ratings did Boortz have when he was on WGST?
> Nice way to get attention to your post...very creative. Not sure what his raitings were, but I think he was up against either Ludlow or David Paul at the time, so they were probably pratty good. On a related note, any idea how Hannity did up against Boortz when Boortz went to WSB and Hannity took Boortz slot at WGST?

Seems like Hannity was besting Boortz. Did I dream this or is it fact?

Hannity never bested Boortz, but he came close to a tie in many books.

In an interview Boortz did with Hannity years ago after he left for greener pastures, he brought this up, to whick Boortz replied 'true that you gave me a run for the $$, but you never beat me'.

Which explains why even before Hannity was on 750, Neal spoke highly of him, even labeling him 'the baby Jesus'. Mutual respect. That's probably why he refers to Peterson as the "Rimmer"

Sean beat Boortz in 25-54 in a few books. It was a neck-and-neck race for over 3 years. Great radio.

And then in 1996 came Ian Punnett, "The Future of Talk Radio". The rest is humiliating history for WGST.
