As a disgustingly huge Red Sox fan myself, I'm not quite ecstatic since you can't hear any of the signals mentioned in Geneva or Canandaigua. But if someone in Syracuse carries the Sox and makes it work (i.e. sells it out) then I have to think next year (maybe even this year) we'll see someone in Rochester "see the light".

Don't forget the Sox are on WTIC-1080 from Hartford Ct. Great signal at nite in upstate NY
and most games are at nite anyway. BOOYAH?

Actually WTIC's skywave doesn't get terribly reliable until you're around Victor or so. Now west of there...including Rochester...WTIC is indeed pretty solid after dark. But it's VERY hit-or-miss in Geneva, and I've had no better luck in Canandaigua, either. (although skywave isn't great for in-house listening anyways)
