"Boss" Bill Ross

Back in the late 60's/early 70's "Boss" Bill Ross drifted from 500w daytimer to 500w daytimer, often asking and getting an advance on his pay, then splitting for the next town. (I fell for it) Just an incredible legacy of scamming GM's amd PD's. None-the-less, he was a fairly talented jock, which probably enabled him to getaway with it.
