Boston Acoustics Receptor HD 249.99 this weekend at J&R

"At each store"? J&R is ONE store. And the Accurian DID sell very well on Black Friday. That's why so many people in this forum and elsewhere have one. I BOUGHT MINE ON BLACK FRIDAY!

That's the problem - HD Radio is just for radio-geeks. No wonder, Bridge Ratings just updated their pathetic projections on HD Radio - as far as consumer interest, the little growth has slowed, and has probably stalled.

Ya mean the radio geeks that bought one... not everyone out there fits those shoes... sorry but this so-called Black Friday did not sell many HD radios like you say... perhaps mp3 players, computers, HDTV's, etc. but NOT HD RADIOS!!!!!

Show us proof of how many of these units got sold that Black Friday? Surely by now they must have sales figures, inventory counts, etc. that show how many were sold... I bet in the major radio markets not more than 500 or less HD radios got sold... time for another Black Friday at the pice of $50.00 to get them sold, still they won't sell!

Early adopters are EARLY ADOPTERS. They buy new technology FIRST. Duh! RADIO SHACK says they sold lots of HD Radios on Black Friday! I suppose THEY would know better than you.

Why would they know better? After all, they only have the facts while the anti Iboc group is filled to the brim with assumptions, speculation and inuendo.
