With all the debt killing group owned stations around the country, could this be the opportunity for a mom and pop to buy a station in a market like Boston ?
There is one Am for sale in Boston being offered for about 2 mill... I'm waiting to see what else becomes available ....if you hear of anything please send it to [email protected]

Myabe not yet. The money is still too big. But if that's the trend, and I hope it is, it could only be GREAT NEWS for the future of radio. The corporate vipers still have SOME blood to suck out of radio. When they finally leave the carcass along the side of the road, the mom and pops will be able to pick up the pieces.
