There is an article in today's (Monday, July 29th) Boston Globe about the upcoming Boston election for mayor, written by Wesley Lowery, titled "Historic Diversity In Mayor's Race". It mentions candidate Charles Clemons as the founder of "TOUCH 106.1", and describes it as an UNLICENSED broadcast branded as the "fabric of the black community". After several articles which have either ignored the illegality of "TOUCH" or attempted to make it appear as though it is a sanctioned broadcast station, the Globe has finally hit upon the truth.
