The Big Apple ,Wack Jack off the air ( This Thurday , Jack NYC return to Oldies ) . Its time for Entercom to take AWFUL MIKE-FM off the air . Mike-FM Music s/cks, No DJ's S/cks, Mike Stupid voice Liners S/cks, and Entercom S/cks for puttin snowman music on 93.7 ( X-mas Music Killed Star93.7 ) .

I still hold a grudge about Mike for taking the place of Star. And, its not that Star was such a good station - but at least it was rhythmic and different. Mike was (is) a cheap cop-out on the part of Entercom.

Then again, Entercom hasn't been too swift in Boston - doing a fine job of running previously successful stations into the ground (see also WRKO). ;)
 
Mike-FM is here to stay for the time being. The reason why Jack-FM flopped in New York is because they destroyed the only Oldies station in the market that had a heritage. I still enjoy Mike-FM, now if they get old then yeah, I would agree, but until then...
