Boston news/talker for sale?

On radiostationsforsale.net there is a listing for a "Boston MA New/Talk formatted AM station for sale with some seller financing." I assume they mean news/talk. Any guesses?
 
The add says "owned transmitter site". I thought one of WMEX's problems is the high rent on their tower site in Waltham.
 
A caller to Howie's show today said she called his " old station" WRKO by mistake and " they were not pleased...." Time for Entercom to pack it in. There aren't enough nuts to support " Nut Radio "/
