Boston's Viacom properties are now... CBS?

The CBS radio division is called Infinity. The article doesn't mention that name, or whether CBS will retain it for their radio group.

In Boston, the company also owns two TV stations as well. So, the new CBS will own WBZ-TV, WSBK-TV, WBZ Radio, WBMX, WZLX, WODS, WBCN and is the #2 operator of billboards around here (behind CC/Ackerley). And to think that Tribune is having trouble getting away with 2 TV stations and a newspaper in Hartford.

At the least, I guess MTV won't get away with running any more CBS Super Bowls.

Yes, I know they own TV stations, WSBK is the only one I accidentally ommitted, but when I wrote WBZ, I fiured everone would know what I meant.

Because Infinitity is considered a Viacom property. So, we can probably assume that the Infinity division will cease to exists, or perhaps be renamed "Infinity/CBS." The article does however say that both the radio and tv stations will be under the CBS name.

And besides, does anyone really make a distiniction between Infinity and CBS?
