Brad and Babe

Like them or not?

I like them.

What do you think?

Thinking of you,
Tony

Brad is not very good anymore. Calls the game as though he's doing TV. Doesn't even come close to painting the picture. It's pitiful.

While Brad may not be what he used to be (to some of you) he is still head and shoulders above anyone the networks are running out there these days. For those who don't like Babe, I give you two words. Charlie Waters ;D

I have turned down the sound and listened to the games on the radio since 1970 or so. The Cowboys have been blessed with some great radio people over the years. A listen to Homer Call of the Week shows us just how lucky we have been.

I think Brad is awesome. Babe, on the other hand, drives me up the wall. Sure he's better than Charlie Waters. Then again, a slap in the face beats a kick to the groin, but I ain't signing up for either.

Will they still be broadcasting the remaining games this season on radio?

Amen!

Case in point, the Mrs. and I were traveling through Tennessee the Sunday the Titans played the Cowboys. We were treated to Mike Keith who calls the Titans radio PBP.

Do you like screaming in your face football announcers, you'd like Mike. He's practically a cartoon character masquerading as a football announcer. I hope the Titan fans like him!

No, the Cowboys have canceled the rest of the season.

It will be easier on the fans if the Cowboys just forfeit the remaining games.

And Wade ....

Not everybody that lives in the Metroplex is a Cowboys fan. I'm not a fan, but I hate to see the team lose. Unless it's to the Redskins! ;D

Ditto.

I did not grow up in this area, and I am not a Cowboys fan.

But I sure don't go around saying I want them to lose to 6 million jock sniffers.

For the record, the 49ers are my team, and this year they are as bad or worse than the Cowboys.

Is Bill Walsh still dead.
