BRAD DELP public service?

Almost a month now, any work of a public service for Brad?
Although I am totally angry with the way he died, it would be nice to celebrate the man and his music with others who enjoy it.

I heard that current members of Boston, were not included/invited to his private family wake. Some of the former members were there though.

Anyone have details??

there is supposed to be one, perhaps even involving musician tributes, but it hasn't been worked out yet.
Various articles have said that a public service for Brad will be held...though there has been some
infighting with the various band members.

OK I just called one of my crew, who talked to one of the Beatlejuice/VE guys at the show last night

2 nights in Early May at the Regent Theater in Arlington for the public memorial.

its 5/3 and 5/4

lots of people going to perform..

tix on sale 4/10

There is an event next weekend to raise money for Autism Research at Alpine Grove in Hollis, NH that was supposed to feature Beatlejuice. Instead, the Flutie Brothers Band and Velvet Elvis are playing and reportedly will double as a Brad Delp tribute.

If Barry and Sib were asked to play, Ernie Boch & crew would be there in a heartbeat.

Barry was in Jamaica doing a gig with James Montgomery this past week

From the lineup I've seen, they already have more than enough talent to make it a good night.

The Alpine Grove gig was a BeatleJuice gig, but VE has been playing all the contractual agreements BJ had. For those that don't know, Velvet Elvis is most of the Beatlejuice performers and the stage crew. Dave Mitchell has been sitting in for Dave Barlett so it is BeatleJuice without Brad and Muzz.
