BRAVO to KTVK and KNXV.

Over the past two days ive watched the coverage from these two stations of yesterdays tragic event...

and I think they are doing a damn fine job.

Its great to see the stations let their competitive guard down and pull together thru this tragedy. They even quit using just the calls or dial number and have been calling each other by their branding (3TV, ABC15)

This must be truly tough for the employees but I think they are handling this gracefully and could not be doing a better job.

They are gonna win some awards, no doubt.

Honestly, who cares about awards at this sad time???

I hope these journalists realize that they are reporting on REAL people (just like their pilots and photographers) EVERY SINGLE DAY!

This is getting really melodramatic here in Phoenix. ::)

Award or not, this event has allowed me to revisit my opinions on Phoenix media, and I found myself watching 3TV more often these days (I never watch 3TV's news) I feel they are a good station now.
