I hear no difference between IBOC and "damped oscillations", THE most verboten emission type due to its wide splatter.
Damped oscillations were outlawed, if I remember, LONG before there was even a "Federal Radio Commission".
When old worn-out printing presses are fully depreciated here in the US, they go to Mexico or South America.
Almost always. This would seem to be a very short depreciation period for HD technology.
